The restaurant derives its name from the bamboo huts which are used for storing the annual rice harvest and are called Kubu in the local dialect. This restaurant in Bali is mainly known for Mediterranean European fusion food prepared with exotic ingredients from Bali itself.
They also have their signature six to eight-course degustation menu, which is preferred by a lot of visitors. The place is suitable for a romantic evening as it has Ayung River flowing alongside and private dining cocoons for quality meals and special occasions.
